I have been licensed as a Real Estate Broker for over 40 years, having worked in a multitude of markets including the California Bay Area. After graduating at CSUS I pursued both Real Estate & Mortgage Brokering as Pelican Real Estate and Mortgage. I later sold properties in NV, MO, and TX as well.
Having worked & sold properties from Riverside, Placerville & Sacramento Counties to and including Santa Cruz and San Jose Counties I have solid knowledge to professionally provide success in getting my client’s dreams to come true. Licensed both as a Real Estate Broker and as a teacher I also taught a multitude of topics including real estate investmenting.
My knowledge of real estate finance (as a former Mortgage Broker) far exceeds the typical agent’s knowledge which often helps in resolving challenges in closing transactions.
